About Me
Hello and Welcome to The Sharp Cat Barbershop!
I’m Bessie, owner and barber. I’m a dual licensed professional; barber and cosmetologist. I began my career in 2015, when my high school offered a cosmetology program and I just knew I had to take it. Once I graduated with my cosmetology license, I started work in a military town where my love for shorter haircuts/fades grew. That’s when I decided I wanted to go to barber school, so I joined the crossover program. I specialize in clipper, shear and razor work. I also keep up on continuing education to ensure I stay on top up of the latest styles and techniques. I believe in creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone. I view every client and service as a mindful, creative process that is 100% tailored for each individual in my chair.

Policies
Barbershop Policy
The Sharp Cat is a safe space I’ve created for my clients. An environment that is welcoming, respectful, and inclusive for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of [24 hours] notice of cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment.
Failure to cancel an appointment or no shows, and arriving later than 15 minutes into your service time will result in a 100% service charge.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved that time exclusively for you. If you cancel or need to reschedule your appointment less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 100% fee charge of the service booked.
